The purpose of the study was to derive social and cultural meaning by analyzing images appearing in the official Olympic poster. Specifically, the study attempted to analyze the message that the official Olympic poster conveys through visual symbols through semiotic consideration. The Olympic poster was a representative study that has maintained the same theme for over 120 years and is recognized for its symbolism. It has academic significance to examine the contemporary social and cultural meaning reflected in the Olympic posters and the impact of the Olympics on society. For this purpose, a total of 29 official posters of the Summer Olympics from the 1896 Athens Olympics to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics were selected as research subjects. According to the research results, the official Olympic poster was found to reflect the social and cultural trends of the time. In chronological order, it was divided into three main categories: the birth of the modern Olympics, the Cold War era and competition between countries, and the meaning of capitalism and globalization. This study provides insight into the chronological development of the Olympic Games by connecting the socio-cultural meanings shown in the Olympic posters with the broader historical context of each era. In addition to delivering game information and the image of the host country, Olympic posters can play an important role in arousing public interest and participation, so sustainable development of the Olympics should be pursued based on the results.

The purpose of this research is to explore the characteristics and countermeasures of future news consumption based on the analysis of the news consumption environment in the era of smart mobile media age. Accordingly, we analyzed news consumer groups' perceptions of news related to changes in mobile device usage and surveyed what news content actual users want. The analysis revealed that consumers in the mobile era prefer personalized content and user engagement, preferring new news formats and services tailored to the mobile environment. In addition, there was a demand for news content of journalistic value, including in-depth analysis articles and investigative reports. Consequently, news content providers need to make efforts towards efficient news production and delivery by utilizing various news formats suitable for mobile devices and AI technology. Moreover, it is essential to devise strategies to actively encourage consumer participation in news consumption.

This study explores the changes in content creation environment brought about by generative artificial intelligence and metaverse technologies. Generative artificial intelligence aids creators by automatically generating various content, allowing them to focus on ideas and storytelling. The metaverse offers a new online environment that merges virtual reality with reality, providing opportunities for experiencing artworks and performances and interacting with viewers. These changes are expected to foster creativity and innovation, revolutionizing the media and entertainment industries. Recently, ultra-large AI technologies have been applied not only to image generation but also to video generation, rapidly transforming the environment for media creation and production. This has led to revolutionary changes in content creation and distribution environments, redefining the role of creators, restructuring platform frameworks, enhancing efficiency in creation, and emphasizing the importance of planning and ideas. Such changes are anticipated to lead to more creative and diverse content in the future content industry. Therefore, this study explores the changes in creator video production utilizing artificial intelligence and the metaverse.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for the development of parent education programs to improve the healthy development, psychological skills, and performance of student athletes. This study reviewed previous research on the need, role, and influence of parent education for student athletes, and the content and effects of parent education programs. In this study, it was confirmed that student athletes experience difficulties in school life, team life, athletic performance, and career choice, and that not only teachers and sports coaches but also parents play an important role. Parents perform various duties such as caregivers, managers, counselors, and educators, and have been confirmed to have a significant influence on student athletes. However, the reality is that there is a lack of educational programs to help parents of student athletes fulfill their proper role. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to introduce and further develop educational programs for parents of student athletes and make various suggestions for their development.

The study aimed to examine the relationship between teacher efficacy, teacher development stage, social and administrative support, and teaching expertise according to socio-demographic characteristics of Chinese intangible cultural heritage dance educators. A survey was conducted with 310 educators and transmitters focused on national-level university campus transmission projects listed on the Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center website until 2021. The questionnaire measured variables like social support, teacher efficacy, development stage, teaching expertise, and socio-demographic traits. Reliability was verified through Cronbach's α and confirmatory factor analysis confirmed validity. Structural equation modeling analyzed the hypotheses. Results showed socio-demographic differences in variables, with social support, development stage, and teacher efficacy influencing teaching expertise, mediated by interrelationships. The study significantly provides empirical evidence to improve teaching expertise of these educators, deriving practical implications for transmitting and educating Chinese intangible cultural heritage dance.

This paper aims to explore the meaning of successful aging through the modeling experiences of active seniors. Twelve seniors currently active as models were selected through purposive sampling and data were collected through in-depth interviews. The collected data were analyzed using Colaizzi's method (1978), and the credibility of the data was ensured through member checking. The research results are as follows. Firstly, senior model activities were shown to enhance confidence through aesthetic-physical activities. Secondly, senior model activities were found to receive social recognition through enjoyable attention, and these two factors were shown to interact with each other. Thirdly, senior model activities were found to contribute to successful aging by enhancing satisfaction through self-realization. Fourthly, senior model activities were found to contribute to the improvement of cognitive function by providing stimulation through new experiences and challenges. In conclusion, the active senior's experience of participating in senior model activities has led to the pursuit of both health and beauty through aesthetic-health physical activities, resulting in the enhancement of positive emotions such as self-confidence, satisfaction, and self-efficacy. Furthermore, it has served as an impetus for social activities, self-actualization, and taking on new challenges. Through the successful aging of active seniors participating in senior model activities, this research provides insights into ways to navigate an aging society wisely.

Cultural diversity serves as an important factor in developing AI ethical guidelines. Since culture shapes an individual's values and influences the decision-making process, AI systems should also be designed to take into account various cultural backgrounds. In order to develop an ethical AI system, internationally acceptable AI ethics standards should be established based on understandings of cultural diversity. In this paper, three important factors have been analyzed: the limitations of AI ethics guidelines, the need to apply cultural diversity to AI ethics, and ways to integrate cultural values into AI ethical standards. The results showed how differences in cultural values affect the decision-making of AI systems and how issues related to this can be alleviated through several AI practices.
