This paper clarifies the essence of AI technology that is driving the current era based on Heidegger's philosophy and seeks the direction of life for contemporary people living in the AI age. The basis for naming the current era as the AI age is the AI technology that can be found in all areas of human activity. Therefore, the major task that has to be preceded is to understand the essence of AI technology by examining relevant discourses. At this point, the meaning of AI is revealed through Heidegger's philosophy of technology, which grasped the essence of modern technology with the concepts of “challenging(Herausfordern)” and “enframing(Gestell)”. Next, it is disclosed that the mode of being of human being and AI is different grounded on the “ontological difference”, emphasized in Heidegger's ontology. In the AI age, finally, humanism that the human being is off-center is proposed as a desirable attitude that contemporary people should embody so that the role of a human as a “shepherd of being” to lead the being as it is.

In this paper, we explain the transition to the posthuman era and the expansion of neomaterialism have required for a change in the method of exploring artistic phenomena. Actor-Network Theory is an ontology and methodology that focuses on various phenomena manifested by the effect of relational entanglement between human and non-human beings. The purpose of this article is to investigate the relational agency of materials from the perspective of Actor-Network Theory in the direction of art exhibition planning reflecting the value and role of contemporary art. In the contemporary art world, there is a lively discourse on non-human beings agency about the works of artists who experience immersive virtual reality using advanced technology beyond kinetic art and worry about the boundary between reality and unreality. This paper shows that human beings and non-human beings are regarded as materials, and that maters of the agency are a transformational network relationship which constantly influences each other. Furthermore, this article suggests that an equal being relationship of materials is a methodological principle for exploring art works.

The purpose of this study was to develop a parent education program that was helpful to both parents and athletes by promoting desirable and healthy parental participation and strengthening positive parental support. To develop an parent educational program for student athletes, five parents were selected as research participants. The parent education program for student athletes was created by integrating previous research on parent education programs, needs analysis data, and expert opinions. The results of this study were as follows. First, the need for parent education was confirmed as a result of integrating previous research on parent education, needs analysis, and expert opinions. Second, as a parent education program for student athletes, motivation, finding strengths, communication techniques, crisis/conflict coping strategies, strategies to improve problem-solving skills, stress management, and strategies to improve performance were selected. Various suggestions and discussions were provided regarding the establishment of a theoretical basis for the parent education program, the development of a valid measurement instrument to measure the effectiveness of the program, and efficient operation methods.

The purpose of this study is to explore the Korean dance education system in school dance education centered on the common curriculum. To this end, this study examines the implementation context of school dance education, dance education in the common curriculum, and the Korean dance education system within the common curriculum step by step. A literature analysis was conducted focusing on curriculum documents related to the 2022 revised curriculum, which is a blueprint for school dance education, public hearing materials, theses, and journal articles. The findings are as follows. First, school dance education is taught within the structure of the ‘common curriculum’ and ‘elective curriculum’ and is implemented within the physical education department or the arts department. Secondly, dance education is taught in the common curriculum in the areas of ‘traditional expression’ and ‘contemporary expression’. Third, the education system of Korean dance in the general education curriculum is structured around ‘education area (traditional expression)’, ‘education scope (folk dance, court dance)’, and ‘education content (history, characteristics, expression, creation, and appreciation)’. Based on the results of this study, the following recommendations are proposed: ‘Implementation of training programs to improve faculty competence in Korean dance education’ and ‘Development of digital educational contents and manuals for Korean dance education’.

The purpose of this study is to examine physical activity programs for children with developmental disabilities and systematically review the verified effects of these programs. A total of 19 research publications were selected by searching domestic academic databases― Korean Studies Information Service System (KISS) and Research Information Sharing Service (RISS)―using the search term "the effects of physical activity programs for children with developmental disabilities." As a result, specific details regarding the purpose, types, frequency, and time of physical activity programs for children with developmental disabilities, as well as the variables related to the effects, were identified. First, the physical activity programs for children with developmental disabilities were composed of various types and were mainly programs included elements of play and games. Second, the frequency of the physical activity programs was 1-3 times per week, and the time ranged from 25 to 150 minutes. Third, these programs demonstrated to improve physical fitness, physical and motor coordination, and cognitive function in children with developmental disabilities. The findings of this study are expected to serve as foundational data for developing and validating evidence-based physical activity programs for children with developmental disabilities in the future.
